“For disabled customers, be aware there are steps in/out of pools and to access the water spa area. Staff exceptionally helpful and moved my walker for me so I was able to use it to get to the rails. For me, with full power but balance and pain issues this was completely manageable and so worth the benefits! First time pain free in over 6 years after this treatment (fibromyalgia/CFS/POTS). I use a visible tracker which showed that I hit a full “rest” cycle while in there so actually conserved “pace points” while in there.
